Conversations with a Sardonic Therapist: Fuck Your Rules, You Need Change
Description
This book, though it may be helpful, is NOT a self-help book.
This book contains a combination of insights, stories and experiences for you, the reader, to relate to. The book sections will contain my own notes, stories, lessons, guiding principles, and reflections, usually in that order.
The stories within are summaries of conversations between various individuals and a sardonic therapist that illustrate different experiences as people laugh, cry, get angry, get excited, and sit in disbelief while they journey through self exploration, grief, healing, and redefining happiness through a process of change.

Reviews
“This book is very insightful, it is brutally honest and will change your way of thinking. It will have you thinking… maybe I am the asshole. I recommend this book to anyone who needs a fresh look on themselves and wanting to self improve.”
– “Anonymous Stalker” aka Autumn
"An easy read with real-life application. You could finish it in one hour, though it will take a lifetime to process."
– Stranger on a plane from NorCal to SoCal
“Laughing and crying all at once at the startling accuracy and the witty take on these very familiar experiences. I will re-read this book many more times.”
– Katerina Olkinitskaya, Visual Artist & Illustrator
"A book for you if you need therapy, but can't afford it."
– Mr. Goya, Fictional Therapist (VTuber)
“My expectations going into this book were already high given the amount of times I've turned to Anh for advice, and Anh still managed to exceed them. While I initially started reading it from an editor perspective, every page was like a literal punch in the face with Anh's unapologetic insights that hit home. The book is masterfully structured, making it exceptionally easy to read, and the combination of compelling anecdotes, profound insights, and guiding principles makes it an invaluable resource.”
